1. PAYMENT TERMS

50% Advance – Work begins only after advance payment is received.

50% Final Payment – Must be cleared before final file or website delivery.

Delay in payment will result in a ₹500 penalty.

Non-payment is not allowed under any circumstance.

Non-payment will result in complete service lock, including website suspension or restricted access.

2. REVISIONS POLICY

Only 1 free revision per service (logo, website, etc.). Only one free revision of minor content updates (such as text corrections, minor section edits, or image replacements) is allowed before the final publishing of the website.

Additional revisions will be chargeable as per the edit policy.

3. TIMELINE

Project delivery within 7–10 working days, provided content and client feedback are given on time.

Delays in client response will proportionally extend the timeline.

4. FINAL DELIVERABLES

Final files (logos, taglines, website logins, etc.) will be shared only after full payment is received.

No source files or admin access will be provided before final payment clearance.

5. COMMUNICATION

All approvals and discussions must be done through WhatsApp or Email for clarity and official record.

6. CANCELLATION POLICY

If the client cancels the project after work begins, the advance amount is non-refundable.

7. POST-DELIVERY SUPPORT

7 days of free technical support post handover (only for resolving technical issues).

Any new changes or design updates after this period will be chargeable.

8. HOSTING & DOMAIN POLICY

Hosting and domain charges are separate from design service charges.

Hosting is valid only for the paid period.

Failure to renew on time will result in website suspension by the hosting provider.

Brandify Global Services is not liable for downtime due to non-renewal.

Restoration after expiry may involve additional charges.

Hosting/domain renewals must be paid in advance.

9. EDITS & UPDATE POLICY

One free revision is included during the project phase.

All future edits are chargeable as below:

🔹 Minor Edits – ₹250 per edit
(Text changes, image swaps, spelling fixes, basic color edits)

🔸 Major Edits – ₹1000 per edit
(New page sections, layout redesigns, structural changes, form integration)

📦 Monthly Edit Package – ₹1000/month
(Includes up to 5 minor edits/month – Non-carry forward)

Note: No edits or update requests will be accepted until full project payment is cleared.

10. DEMO LINK POLICY

A temporary demo link will be provided for preview purposes before final delivery.

The demo link is not a live website, and any premature use or sharing of it without approval is discouraged.

The final site will be published only after client approval and payment settlement.

11. OPTIONAL SERVICES

All additional creative services such as ad/poster design, SEO, etc. will be taken up only after 100% advance payment. No exceptions.
